Community Savers is a local loyalty discount card scheme that enables our members to make considerable saving with selected local retailer and other local businesses in your area.

 

Our aim is to support local shops and businesses in the local area and to ensure you make continued savings by receiving regular discounts when you become one of our membership card holders.

 

Retailers

In return for your loyalty and repeat business, the retailers are prepared to offer you discounts on their good or service.  These discounts are exclusive to Community Saver Card holders and are not offered to the general public.

 

We are always looking to add more retailers every month, so that we can bring you more discounts and savings on a bigger variety of retail outlets.

 

Cost of membership

The cost of a membership card is only £4.99 which is a small fee to pay for such big savings.

Trades and Services

Our aim is to only advertise Trades and Service that meet our strict criteria.  Each trade or service will need to provide us with at least 2 references which we will check and confirm their good workmanship, high standard of work and that they have provided good value for money and that they have given great customer satisfaction and their customers would recommend them to others.

 

As they will become a member of Community Savers they will agree to provide you with good service and quality products at a fair price and not to undertake any malpractice or bad workmanship.

 

Only once we have confirmation that their work is at a very high standard and they have shown regard to their customers request we will then advertise their business on our site as a Trusted Trader of Community Savers.

If we don’t receive satisfactory references we will not advertise them on our site.

 

So if you are looking for a quality trusted tradesman or service you have come to the right place!

 

We don’t stop there.  We will continue to monitor their performance by requesting feedback from any of their customers.  We encourage you to send us feedback good or bad on any work they have undertaken for you so that we can ensure that their high standards are maintained. Please use the “CONTACT US” form on our home page to provide us with feedback.

 

Any trades or services that have received the “Trade with Confidence” Rosette and can provide proof of achieving this will be allowed to state this in their business write-up.

 

In the event of us receiving a complaint of bad workmanship or malpractice or any negative feedback we will investigate by contacting their customer to establish what the problem is.  We will then contact the trade or service provider and to try and resolve the issue by getting the trade or service provider to contact the customer to resolve the issue.

 

If at any time we find that there has been any malpractice or bad workmanship we will notify them that we intend to suspend their webpage until it is resolved.  The suspension will continue until we are satisfied that they have rectified any outstanding issues.  If the issue is not resolved in a reasonable time we will remove them from our site.

 

You do not have to be a member of Community Savers to use any of the trades or services listed on our site, but we do encourage all trades and service providers to offer our members discounts and to accept our discount card.

Any discounts offered must be genuine and be off material products like parts or any of their advertised prices.

 

They will not be allowed to offer discount on labour charges unless their labour charges are advertised and can be checked by the customer prior to using their trade or service.
